Surrey Wedding Photographer - Scott Ramsey
Surrey wedding photographer Scott Ramsey has photographed many weddings in and around the beautiful county of Surrey. His documentary style of wedding photography allows him to create a set of photographs that tell the story of a couples wedding day in colour and black & white photographs.
Clients that book me require a photojournalistic approach. They don't want an overpowering photographer or a lot of traditional or formal group photos. Instead they require informal and natural wedding photographs along with a few formal group shots and definitely a lovely set of "magazine style" photos of them both. My approach is relaxed and unobtrusive. I capture the moments, the details, the excitement, the love and the laughter as they happen. I strongly believe when I photograph a wedding, I am there to record the day in beautiful photographs and not to take over the day.
I have over 20 years experience as a professional photographer. It all started when I was a growing up when I would listen to stories from my dad who was also a photographer (find out more about me and my career so far).
I hope you enjoy looking at some of the recent weddings I have photographed in Surrey. If you require any more information please visit the wedding photography information page. I can also be contacted if you have any questions or if you would like to check my availability to photograph your Surrey Wedding.
Recent Weddings Photographed By Surrey Wedding Photographer - Scott Ramsey Photography
Helen and Russell had a lovely sunny day for their wedding at St John's Church in Lower Hale, Farnham, Surrey. Like many brides Helen wanted the full day photographed so I started my day at the family home with everybody getting ready.
Fun loving couple, Alex and Emma, invited friends and family to join them for their wedding reception at the lovely Gate Street Barn near to Guildford in Surrey. The couples wish for the day was to have FUN.
Rebecca and Mark had a very romantic wedding ceremony at St Thomas of Canterbury Church in East Clandon, Surrey. After the ceremony we all traveled a few miles into the Surrey countryside for the wedding reception held in a large marquee. With a game of football, a magician and even a play area for the kids this really was a fun wedding.
A tradition wedding ceremony at St Edwards RC Church in Sutton Park followed by a fun reception at Joe's parent's farm. I really enjoyed this wedding as the contemporary mix of a traditional church ceremony and a modern reception at the family home worked really well. The location of the reception was beautiful and helped me create some lovely wedding photographs of the couple.
