Corporate Event Photography
Covering London, Surrey, Sussex and the UK.
A corporate event often takes a lot of organisation to find the right venue, choose the right menu, make sure that all the correct guests have been invited, accommodation booked and the appropriate guest speaker arranged. Not to mention that the event itself has to run smoothly with only positive feedback coming back from your guests and of course your CEO. With this much energy, stress and money spent on organising the event do you really want to risk having an over the top snapper risking it all? You know the type I am sure, they often come armed with a mobile studio and a desktop photo printer eager to part your guests with as much money as possible as they try to sell prints at any given opportunity.
Clients that book and rebook me to photograph their corporate events from Annual Dinners, Award Ceremonies and Conferences don't require this. I believe that your guests do not want to be harassed to pose for a photograph or hassled to buy a print. More often than not, this has happened at the last few events they attended. Instead, I take shall we a say a much calmer approach.
How I Photograph A Corporate Event
When photographing an event I will discreetly capture informal photographs as your guests chat and network. I'll capture the feel of the event by photographing the venue, guests arriving and detail shots of the interior. If you have a speech from a guest speaker or the CEO of your company I'll be ready to photograph them and compose any group photographs if required. After the event the best photographs will colour corrected and edited using Adobe software and sent to you on a disk. These fully edited high resolution digital images will be approximately 12"x8" in size, 300dpi and in the jpg file format. You will also receive a corporate event photography licence that allows you to print, share and use the images on a company website, staff intranet site and in a brochure and any marketing material. If required I can also upload the images onto a online password protected photo gallery.
Tip: Once you have received the disk of images why not email a copy to your guests? This is often unexpected and keeps people talking about the event. It also gives your the ideal opportunity to follow up on any leads that your marketing team made on the night.

London Corporate Event Photography
I recently photographed an Awards dinner at Gibson Hall in London. The guest of honour was HRH The Princess Royal. To round off the evening, Lord Digby Jones delivered an excellent after dinner speech.
