The East Preston annual fun novelty dog show was held on the last day of the village festival week. This year it seemed like the entire village attended with their dogs with nearly every breed represented. I had the idea to attend and create some doggy portrait photographs.

I Love Photography! It's official, there you go. I've said it. I love a photo that tells a story, a photo that makes you think or enables you to experience something new. I'm always taking photos, I guess I'm a little obsessive. Even if I don't have my camera with me I'm using my iPhone. But it's not just about taking the photo that I enjoy. As shoppers rushed around doing their last minute shopping on Christmas Eve in The Lanes, Brighton, East Sussex I spotted this small dog (I believe its a Jack Russell Terrier?). He was sat on his owners lap watching the world go by outside a coffee shop. As I watched and took the photograph I imagined the dog thinking "What's all the fuss about?".
